Yann LeCun has confirmed that his new startup is called Advanced Machine Intelligence. The former Meta chief AI scientist will serve as executive chairman, with Nabla co-founder Alex LeBrun as CEO. AMI will focus on world models and has also announced a research partnership with Nabla.
