Vodafone Idea (Vi) is now allowing its subscribers in two new circles to get its recently rolled out Non-Stop Hero recharge plans. Although there are 14 plans in total that the telecom giant offers as part of the Non-Stop Hero range, in the two new circles, there are only three recharge plans available.
