Crypto exchange OKX has launched Exchange OS, a new platform built on its Ethereum Layer 2 network X Layer that allows users to create spot perpetuals and outcomes markets. The company said the platform will support shared liquidity, custom compliance frameworks, and high-speed on-chain trading infrastructure.
